Causes of Respiratory Diseases
Respiratory problems may result from several causes but the most common ones include an infection by a bacterial or viral organism. As the body fights against the infection, there is an accumulation of the mucus within the bronchioles, and this causes their diameter to narrow; in turn, this leads to problems with breathing, leading to the typical wheeze associated with asthma.
Lungs Treatment In Ayurveda
Ayurveda considers disorders of the respiratory system or Lungs as Svasa Roga and classifies these into five types — ksudraka, tamaka, mahan, chchinna, urdhava. According to Ayurveda, Svasa Roga is a result of problems or imbalance in two doshas — Vata and Kapha. This problem may be because of several factors such as Contact with dusty air, pollen, irritating gases and smoke Using cold water or inhabiting a damp, cold place Use of dry, astringent, irritant spicy food Irregular dietary habits Frequent use of bean, sesame, black gram Anxiety and grief and loss of mental peace

The months of July and August comprise of the monsoon season. As per Ayurveda, this is the ideal opportunity for Pitta and Vata aggravation. All the warmth that gathers in the body in the summer is aggravated during the monsoon season. There are various skin diseases predominant in the rainy season. A basic learning of Ayurveda can help us anticipate and even treat difficult skin issues. According to Ayurveda, the skin has six layers, found externally as well as stretching out to the more profound levels of the body. A skin disease is established profoundly into different tissues, such as fat, muscles, blood and so forth.
Most skin treatments are for the outer part. These never reach to the more profound layers of the skin. Ayurveda dependably tries to find the disease by treating it, particularly as indicated by its cause. The disease being deep seated, it is hard to alter the issue rapidly. Ayurvedic skin treatments may take a couple of weeks to remove the indications. The cure is permanent.
Women`s Fertility Issues

Ayurvedic Infertility Treatment
According to Ayurveda, preparing for conception can be easily compared to the process of farming. Just like the health of a crop depends on the quality of soil, seed, timing of sowing, and amount of watering it gets, the health of a baby depends on the health of its parents. For a pregnancy to be healthy and successful, a couple needs to take care of the following four essential factors:
Sperm/Ovum (Seeds)
Uterus (Soil)
Nourishment (Water)
Time for Conception (Timing of Sowing)
Reproductive health, in both men and women, depends on the health of the reproductive tissue or shukra dhatu. In women, shukra creates the ovum as part of the monthly cycle, and in men the semen is formed due to sexual stimulation. The shukra is created as part of a long chain of metabolic transformations. It starts with the digestion of food, then goes on to transformation of food to nutrient fluid, blood, muscle, fat, bone, bone marrow, and finally, to shukra tissue. Healthy shukra tissue, then, according to Ayurveda, depends on the health of all the other tissues in the body.
